I purchased the 18+20,22,24. No tangles but the normal from installing new Hair. No smell. A few red and colored strands. But the hair feels awesome. Installed with ease. The ends are thinner that what I prefer so they did require some work and trimming in order for install to look full. But I placed a second order tonight!
