All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States.
For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping
receipt accordingly. Please note that you will be responsible for future return
shipping fees if your assigned free returns are used up. Customers in the US can
purchase a more affordable shipping label directly from us. Returns due
to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total
free return.

return within 30 days of receipt.

Return Acceptable
For a return or
exchange, the wig must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair,
unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Wigs, being
personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene.
Hence, we cannot accept used wigs for return.
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the
exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange
request.
