All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

Absolutely IN LOVE with the hair! it’s been in for a almost a week no shedding but hair is true to length and omg so soft !!! I installed it myself and the closure was great the bundles lay well and I don’t put heat on it or really need to…I GIVE IT 10 STARS the seller was amazing in communicating and still is I’ll definitely order from them again and my hair arrived in 3 days 1 day earlier than expected

The hair shipped super fast. I ordered the hair Friday & I would have gotten it Tuesday but I was not home to sign for it. So I got it on Wednesday. The hair is true to length. I’ve ordered from this hair company before mostly waves but this was my first time ordering straight hair. I am pleased with it.
