Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This hair is beautiful. It had adequate thickness and does not tangle. I’ve had it installed for a few weeks and it does rarely shedding but overall it’s a great buy. I like its curl

Hair is Very soft. Has realistic feel, an is Light and flowy.
We use water and softer olive oil styling gel and herbal essence conditioner.
All in all great buy, we highly recommend this product.
