Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I love how fast the hair came! it was soft, very light smell to it, and little shedding (some shedding is expected of course). I washed and deep conditioned the hair and the curl pattern was amazing. I am able to wet the hair and go and my curls are great all day. Will be ordering from this company again.
